8）credit information agency, real estate research organization etc. (for transaction purpose)
9）real estate appraiser (for appraisal purpose)
10）construction contractor, design office etc. (for transaction purpose);
（3）Business/sales activities by postal matter, telephone, e-mail etc. for providing information and services stated in paragraph 3 (1)
（Providing information and services will be suspended when there is a request from the principal person.）; and
（4）Business operations incidental to those stated in paragraph 3 (1) through paragraph 3 (3).
4．Provision of Personal Information to Third parties
Personal information held by us will be provided to third parties in the following cases:
（1）when there is consent of the principal person;
（2）when it is required under laws and regulations;
（3）when it is urgently necessary to protect life, body or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain consent of the principal person;
（4）when it is particularly necessary for improvement of public health or promotion of healthy fostering of children, and it is difficult to obtain consent of the principal person; or
（5）when it is necessary to cooperate with national agency, local government or a person/institution entrusted by such organization in carrying out the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and there is a risk of interfering with the performance of such affairs by obtaining consent of the principal person.
5．Safety Management Measures of Personal Information
We will properly and carefully manage personal information we hold and take necessary and appropriate safety control measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and loss, falsification, leakage etc. of personal information.
6．Outsourcing of Handling of Personal Information
We may outsource the handling of personal information we hold. In such case, we select a person/institution who takes sufficient measures to protect personal information as outsourced party, and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of outsourced party.
7．Procedure for Disclosure / Correction etc. of Personal Information
We will respond to requests of the principal person concerning disclosure, correction, suspension of use etc. of personal information held by us without delay in accordance with our predetermined procedures.
